On-chain facts,
not narratives.

ICPulse maps who actually holds power on the Internet Computer — governance blocs, whale flows, and node concentration. Every number on this page is live, and every claim is verifiable on-chain.

What ICPulse watches

Three layers of power, one dashboard.

Most trackers show you prices. ICPulse shows you who moves them: the neurons that decide governance, the wallets that move size, and the hands that hold the hardware.

Governance

The Influence League measures who actually moves NNS votes — follower voting power vs. own stake. Voting blocs are detected from ballot-arrival timing, published only after human review, with the mechanism honestly marked unknown.

From the data Only a handful of known neurons vote independently. We measured it — and published how.

Whale intelligence

Every ICP movement of 10,000+ tracked continuously, direction-tagged against verified exchange and institutional labels. Daily exchange netflow tells you which way the pressure points.

From the data 226,678 ICP flowed into exchanges in one day — and we can show exactly through which doors.

Network & nodes

Daily snapshots of every node machine and provider. Fleet changes surface who grew, who shrank, and where the hardware actually concentrates — not just who runs subnets today.

From the data 179 machines registered overnight, all by one entity. ICPulse caught it the same day.

Why ICPulse

Facts you can check, not scores you must trust.

Recent findings

What ICPulse caught this week.

We publish findings, not features. A few recent ones:

Jul 9+179 node machines overnight — all registered by one entity, none assigned. Explains the network's 50KW power jump.
Jul 91.5M ICP moved through one institutional hub in 24h — feeding four exchanges through one-hop intermediaries.
Jul 8Address-poisoning campaign mapped — mimic addresses imitating major exchange wallets, flagged before anyone copied one.
