Short, because it should be. If ICPulse is not giving you value, you should not be paying for it, and getting your money back should not require a negotiation.
Ask within fourteen days of a payment and that payment is returned in full. You do not have to say why, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Part 1
The whole charge, not a part of it.
If you paid for a month and ask on day two, you get the month back. If you paid for a year and ask on day ten, you get the year back. Nothing is prorated and nothing is deducted for the days you used.
Access ends when the refund is issued.
Part 2

| More than 14 days after a charge, and you want to stop | Cancel the subscription. There is no refund for the period already paid for, and your access continues normally until that period ends. Nothing renews after it. |
| A renewal you did not intend | A renewal is a charge like any other, so the same fourteen days apply to it. If a monthly or annual renewal went through and you did not want it, ask within fourteen days and it is returned in full. |
Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you paid for intact. You can cancel at any time and keep using the service until it ends.
Part 3
Write to support@icpulse.io from the address you used at checkout, or simply reply to your receipt. You can also request it directly through Lemon Squeezy, who processed the payment.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear on a statement is set by your bank or card issuer, not by ICPulse or by Lemon Squeezy.
Part 4
A founding rate is held for as long as that subscription stays continuously active.
If a founding subscription is refunded or allowed to lapse, the founding rate and the seat are released, and a later subscription is priced at the rate then current.
Part 5
A refund is not given where access was ended for a breach of the Terms of Service, for example a licence code that was shared or resold. In every other case the fourteen days apply.
Your statutory rights. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger right to cancel or to a refund than this page does, that right applies, and nothing here limits it.
